Delivery

JockNATION offers domestic and international shipping to any location via USPS First Class. Order processing can take 3 - 4 days before shipping. 

Domestic orders ship free and delivery typically takes 4 days max.

International orders ship free at $48 USD and up. Delivery time can vary.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Returns

Jockstraps are made when you order and are not eligible for return. For any product issues or defects, please contact shopjocknation@gmail.com within 14 days for resolution. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shirts are designed by and sold through JockNATION. However, they are produced and shipped through the Printful drop ship service. Returns can be accepted within 14 days and will be returned to:

Care and Sizing

Our jockstraps are typically true to size in terms of fit. They are also thoroughly evaluated for quality before being shipped out.
 
It is recommended that they be hand or machine washed cold, and laid flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
